Price On Page Watch: a workflow with 6 steps, starting with When the price changes and ending with Remember this price.

Open in AWFlow
The price changes → read the number → compare with the last one → notify if it dropped → remember it.
  1. Watch the price element

    Element Changenode reference

Element Change watches the element matching .price on every page (URL Patterns <all_urls>) and fires when its text changes, after 500 ms of quiet.

Make it yours — click the crosshair in CSS Selectors to pick the price on your product page, and set URL Patterns to that shop, for example https://shop.example.com/product/*.

  2. Read the number

    Regexnode reference

Regex Match finds the first number (such as 79.99) in the changed text and puts it in priceMatch.

Make it yours — for prices written 1.299,00, change Pattern to match your format.

  4. Did it drop?

    IFnode reference

IF compares the new number with the stored one (less than). The true branch notifies, both branches go on to save it.

Make it yours — compare with a fixed target instead, such as 50, to be told only below your price.

    The condition

Variation What to change Level
Back in stock Set Fire when to Text matches with Match text In stock, and drop the Regex, Data Store and IF steps. Beginner
Check pages that aren’t open Use a Schedule trigger with Get HTML from Link and HTML Extract to read the price. Advanced
Log every price Add Google Sheets Append after Remember this price to chart the history. Intermediate
  • It never fires. The selector doesn’t match the price, or the page isn’t open. Re-pick the element with the crosshair and check URL Patterns.
  • The first change never alerts. There’s no stored price yet, so the comparison fails once. The second change works.
  • The number is wrong. The element holds more than the price (such as “Was 99, now 79”). Pick a tighter element, or adjust the Regex Pattern.
