Activity shows what your agents and teams did: their answers, routine runs, team hand-offs and the actions waiting for your approval. Open it from the sidebar under Automate › Activity.
Activity is about agents. For the runs of a workflow, open that workflow’s run history.
Read the feed
Section titled “Read the feed”Entries are grouped by day (Today, Yesterday, then older dates). Each one tells you who did what, for example:
- an agent answered in a chat, with the number of steps and whether it used an on-device or a cloud model,
- an agent ran a routine,
- a team ran or handed work from one member to another,
- an agent is waiting for approval, or skipped an action that needs your OK.
Entries that need you carry a Needs you tag and a Review button. Other entries have an Open link that takes you to the chat or team thread.
Filter the feed
Section titled “Filter the feed”The left column lets you narrow the list:
- All agents shows everything.
- Pick one agent to see only its work.
- Needs you shows only what is waiting for you, with a count.
When nothing is waiting, the Needs you view reads Nothing needs you right now.
Routines
Section titled “Routines”On wide screens, the right column lists your agents’ routines. Each has an on/off switch and a short description of when it runs. Click a routine to open it in its agent’s Routines tab.
- Show it once records what you do and saves it as a routine for Aria.
- Turn a chat into a routine opens Aria’s Routines tab.
See Agents › Routines for how routines work.
