When you build workflows with AWFlow, you may have questions, run into a problem, or want examples to learn from. This page lists where to get help.
You can open the same links from the app: click Help in the sidebar.
Where to get help
Section titled “Where to get help”Community forum
Section titled “Community forum”The Community forum is the main place to ask questions, share workflows, and get help from other users and the team. It’s searchable, so the answer to your question may already be there.
Report a bug
Section titled “Report a bug”If something doesn’t work as these docs describe, open a bug report on GitHub. You need a free GitHub account.
Request a feature
Section titled “Request a feature”To suggest an improvement to the app, open a feature request on GitHub. You can see what’s planned on the public roadmap.
Looking for a ready-made workflow rather than a new feature? Ask for it on the request board.
For account questions, or anything you’d rather not post in public, email hello@awflow.io.
What to include when asking for help
Section titled “What to include when asking for help”The more detail you give, the faster others can help. Include:
- The steps you took before the problem happened, so others can reproduce it.
- Screenshots or short recordings of what you saw.
- The documentation pages you followed.
- An export of the workflow (see Export and import). Remove any personal data first.
- Error messages shown in the app.
Tips for good community posts
Section titled “Tips for good community posts”- Use a clear title and describe what you tried.
- Share the smallest workflow that shows the problem.
- Search first: the answer may already exist.
- Reply to follow-up questions so others can help.
Good posts help you and everyone who runs into the same problem later.
