Agent & team templates

Share agents and teams on the marketplace or as files, install community templates, and what is never shared

Share an agent or a whole team as a template — on the marketplace or as a file — and install templates others shared.

Open Marketplace › Agents & teams (no account needed to browse). Filter by agents or teams, search, and open a template to see its members and what you’ll add yourself. Install creates new agents — and the team — on this device. Your own Aria is reused as the lead; nothing is duplicated.

Templates never include anyone’s workflows, accounts or keys. When a template needs a workflow or an MCP server, AWFlow tells you what to add in the agent’s Skills tab. Agents use your model unless the template names an on-device one.

Before installing, the template page shows What it can do: whether its agents use your open pages, run your workflows, search the web, hand work to each other, or run routines on their own. If it can act in your browser or run on its own, you confirm that once. Installing is all or nothing: if a step fails, nothing is added. A template you already installed shows Installed · Open.

Installs are counted once per signed-in person, after a successful install. You can install without an account; it just isn’t counted.

You can also Import a template file on the Agents or Teams page.

  • Agent: Share in the agent builder.
  • Team: Share as template on the team page.

Add a name, a description, tags and an emoji, then Submit for review (needs an account), or Download file to share it yourself.

A moderator reviews templates before they appear in the marketplace. If changes are needed, the moderator’s note shows in the share dialog; submitting again sends it back to review.

Once a template is live, sharing changes sends them as an update: the current version stays live until the update is approved. The template page shows Update in review (or Update needs changes with the moderator’s note).

To take a template off the marketplace, open it and choose Remove from marketplace. Copies people installed keep working, and Share again brings it back. A template that was never published can be deleted.

Shared:

  • Identity, instructions, skills and rules
  • Routines that run on a schedule or on a page
  • For teams: members and their roles, the way of working, handoffs, rules and limits

Never shared:

  • Memory and chats
  • Knowledge base contents
  • Credentials, API keys and tokens
  • Your workflows (only their names, so installers know what to add)
  • MCP server addresses, your allowed and blocked sites, and per-site “always” answers
  • Which cloud provider you use

The marketplace checks every template again when it is submitted and refuses anything that looks like a key or personal data. Instructions are shared as written — read them before you share.
